Carol Sutphin

Carol started working as the receptionist in the original Stone, Houston & Associates in 2010.  Currently she serves as an Administrative Assistant helping with onboarding new clients, servicing and day to day operations.  During her career, she’s directly contributed to creating a positive work environment by making people feel welcome, respected and comfortable. She’s never met a stranger and enjoys the interactions with the clients, advisors and teammates. 

Prior to working in the investment field, Carol served as a Customer Service Representative and was licensed in P&C and L&H.  As part of the Bon Vue team, she loves working with a group that aligns with her values and proves integrity exists.

When Carol is not working, she is happiest when spending time with her family.  Both of her sons and daughter-in-law serve in the USAF, so family time is rare and precious.  Her grandchildren Raleigh and Addie Mae are the biggest joys in her life.  Carol and her husband, Jerry also enjoy camping and serving in their church.  Out of the outreach ministries she’s involved in, her favorite is Operation Christmas Child, a project that delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to children around the world.
